6 (1 hour per session) one-on-one personal training sessions. Includes personalized workout plan and strength/cardio schedules.

You will get a FREE initial consultation to determine your personal goals. 

This package is 2 months in length- for the first month, we will meet once a week. The next month, will meet every other week.
